CEO, Mr. Logo Kubu Thierry Gerald created Ets LOGO MUVITHO, which became the parent company of PACIFIC OIL COMPANY LTD years later.

The head office was established in Goma, located in eastern of the DRC, strategically near the border with Rwanda. From there we sourced fuel from Rwanda and received fuel transported from Tanzania through Rwanda to Congo. A strategic partnership with local Rwandan retailers has increased our market share and boosted our operations.
In 1996 we expended into road haulage, offering services in mining, local fuel deliveries and freight forwarding.
In 2000 we launched a retail fuel business in Bunia, supplying (AGO and PMS) to rural retailers and mining sites.
In 2005 we opened the first service station in GOMA, marking our entry into the oil industry.

In the subsequent years, Established additional service stations in Goma, Bukavu, Uvira, Beni, Bunia, Kisangani, Kindu, Lubumbashi, Likasi and Kolwezi. Today, we operate 54 service stations across Eastern and South DRC, reflecting our continued growth and commitment to serving our customers.
